Management

According to the articles of incorporation of UAB „ENG group“, the company’s management bodies are the meeting of shareholders, collegial body – the Board, and a sole management body −  director.

The Board is a collegial management body that consists of 7 members. It is elected in the shareholder meeting for the period of 4 (four) years.

The Board of UAB „ENG group“, elected on the 17nd of July, 2015, elected Rymantas Juozaitis as its’ chairman.

Director is the sole management body who organizes the day-to-day activities of the company. At the moment, since 9 October 2013, this position is taken by Egidijus Pažarauskas.
